[Time was, Adelle would have been watching the Precure on TV. When she was a child, she'd watch them every day, fighting evil. Even not long ago, when those... apathy creatures? were causing problems, she was only too glad to watch her favorites back in action—and she'd taken the message to take things in her own hands a bit too literally.
She didn't want the Precures to end yet. She can't abide them just disappearing again... She doesn't want to live in a world without them.
And that desire has awakened something inside of Adelle. A nameless power given form, and a shiny slingshot swimsuit with elbow-length gloves and sexy matching kneeboots. She doesn't have a special name yet, there's no mascot to advise her, and doesn't really know how her own powers even work yet... but she knows a villainess when she sees one, and she'll oblige if it keeps letting her see the Precure shine as beautiful as the stars above.
So it is that she gets attention in the traditional manner: by summoning a swarm of animated handcuffs to cause some mild chaos in town by taking hold of citizens by the wrists and ankles before lifting them into the air.]
I hope this works... I've never really done this kind of thing before.
